Our professional sales team took the size, quantity, and velocity of each part into consideration and put together a plan that enables them to grow for the next 10 years without fear of running out of space and maximizes worker productivity by storing the most active 20% of parts closest to the parts counter. We also furnished and installed heavy-duty workbenches for the technicians to work on trucks next to their toolboxes.
