Physician Sales and Service had major rack damage in their Fairfield, NJ facility and they needed a company to perform a safety audit work with them to replace the damaged components.

Specialized Storage System recommended a rack repair kit instead of having to unload and dismantle over 70 sections of rack so they could keep their distribution center active. We scheduled time to cut out the damaged portion of the rack and reinstall a structural steel upright repair kit on every column damaged as a result of lift truck impact.

PSS has called us in to perform the same work in another portion of the warehouse to prevent accidents. The existing rack columns that have been replaced are STRONGER than the original roll-formed rack, and remain undamaged today.
